Everything that determines the quality of the finished piece happens under our own roof. There is no third-party workshop in the middle of your order.

Quality Control
QC is not one inspection at the end. It runs at four points on the line, and any piece that fails is pulled rather than reworked and quietly passed on.

Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a manufacturer. Design, casting, setting, polishing and plating all happen in our own 2,000 m² workshop in Guangdong, China.

What is your production capacity?
100,000+ pieces per month, which is around 4,000 pieces per day. For large orders we confirm the production schedule in writing before you commit.
How fast can you produce?
Custom sampling takes 5–7 days. In-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours. Mass production lead time depends on order volume and is confirmed in writing with your quotation.
Can I visit the factory or arrange an inspection?
Yes. Factory visits are welcome, and we can also arrange a live video walkthrough of the workshop if travelling is not practical. Contact us to schedule.
Do you handle export shipping and documentation?
Yes. We ship internationally and handle the export documentation for the order. Shipping method and terms are agreed before dispatch.
