MOQ starts at 30 pieces per design for custom OEM/ODM orders, and 30–100 pieces per design depending on the material, stone size and level of customisation. Send us your design and we will confirm the exact MOQ for that specific piece.
Do you work with 925 sterling silver or only with gold?
Both. 925 sterling silver is our main production material, and it is the reason we can offer moissanite jewelry at wholesale price points that gold cannot reach. Gold settings are available on request.
How long does production take?
Custom sampling takes 5–7 days. Mass production lead time depends on order volume — we confirm it in writing before production starts. For in-stock designs, dispatch is within 24 hours.
Can you put my logo on the jewelry and the packaging?
Yes. Logo engraving on the piece, custom tags, and branded boxes and pouches are all available as part of a private-label order.
