What “Custom” Means Here
We do not hand your design to a third party. Every step below is handled in our own workshop:
- CAD design — 3D modelling from your reference, with a drawing sent back for approval
- Sample making — a physical sample in 5–7 days, before any mass production
- Stone selection — moissanite colour, clarity, cut and carat weight chosen per order, with GRA reports available
- Metal work — 925 sterling silver, with optional gold settings on request
- Logo engraving — your brand mark struck or laser-engraved on the piece
- Plating colour — rhodium, 18K yellow gold, rose gold, black rhodium
- Packaging — branded boxes, pouches, tags and cards
The Sampling Process, Step by Step
- You send the reference. A product photo, a hand sketch, an existing sample, or a CAD file — whatever you have.
- We confirm feasibility and MOQ. You get a written quotation showing the per-piece price, the MOQ for that design, and the lead time.
- CAD drawing. We return a 3D drawing. You mark up anything you want changed and we revise it.
- Physical sample. Produced with the stone grade and plating colour you specified, then shipped to you. 5–7 days.
- Mass production. Only after you approve the sample. Our capacity is 100,000+ pieces a month, so volume is not the bottleneck.
- QC and dispatch. Piece-by-piece inspection, then your chosen shipping method.

Final MOQ and lead time are confirmed in writing before you place an order. Nothing is charged until you have the quotation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can you make a design from just a photo?
Yes. Most projects start from a photo or a rough sketch. We build the CAD model from it and send the drawing back for your approval before anything is made.
How fast can I get a sample?
5–7 days from the point we agree on the design. If you need a collection faster than custom production allows, we also carry 5,000+ stock designs that ship within 24 hours.
Do you charge for the sample?
Samples are quoted per design based on material, stone grade and labour. The sample cost is separate from the production order and is confirmed before we start.
Can I mix moissanite with other stones in one collection?
Yes. Many of our clients combine moissanite centre stones with smaller accent stones in the same collection, in both 925 sterling silver and gold.
Will my design stay exclusive to me?
Our standard practice is not to resell a client’s custom design to other buyers. If you want this in writing as part of the order terms, say so when you request the quotation.
What do you need from me to quote?
The reference image or file, the target quantity per design, the stone size you have in mind, and the plating colour. If you do not know the stone size yet, send the reference anyway — we will propose one.
